  "heading": "Direction that application is to be determined by the Welsh Ministers",
  "text": "(1) This paragraph applies where the Welsh Ministers give a direction under section 83(3)(b) that an application is to be determined by them instead of by an inspector.\n(2) A copy of the direction must be served on—\n(a) the inspector (if any) appointed to determine the application,\n(b) the applicant, and\n(c) the planning authority to which the application would otherwise have been made.\n(3) In determining the application, the Welsh Ministers may take account of any report made to them by an inspector previously appointed to determine it.\n(4) Subject to that, for the purpose of the determination of the application by the Welsh Ministers, the application is to be treated as if no inspector had ever been appointed to determine it.",
