  "text": "In this Schedule—\n“interested person” (“person a chanddo un neu ragor o fuddiannau”) means—\n(a) an owner of any land included in the mining site to which a periodic review relates, or\n(b) a person who is entitled to an interest in any mineral included in the site;\n“mining site” (“safle mwyngloddio”) has the meaning given by paragraph 1(2);\n“owner” (“perchennog”), in relation to land, means—\n(a) an owner of the freehold estate, or\n(b) a tenant under a lease granted or extended for a fixed term that has at least 7 years left to run;\n“review date” (“dyddiad adolygu”) has the meaning given by paragraph 2 (for a first periodic review) or paragraph 3 (for a second or subsequent periodic review).",
