  "heading": "Termination of permission if no application is made",
  "text": "(1) This paragraph applies if—\n(a) a planning authority serves notice under paragraph 5 in respect of a mining site, but\n(b) no application is made under paragraph 7 in respect of the site on or before the review date or a later date agreed in writing between the applicant and the authority.\n(2) Each minerals permission that relates to the site and is identified in the notice ceases to have effect, except so far as it imposes a restoration condition or an aftercare condition, at the end of the review date or later agreed date.",
