  "heading": "Withdrawal of stop notice",
  "text": "(1) Where a planning authority has issued a stop notice, it may at any time withdraw the notice.\n(2) Immediately after an authority withdraws a stop notice—\n(a) it must serve notice of the withdrawal on every person who has been served with a copy of the stop notice, and\n(b) if it has displayed a site notice in respect of the stop notice under section 147(6) or (7), it must display a notice of the withdrawal in place of the site notice.\n(3) The withdrawal of a stop notice does not prevent the planning authority issuing another stop notice.",
