  "heading": "Determination of appeal",
  "text": "(1) On an appeal under section 254, the Welsh Ministers may—\n(a) correct any defect, error or misdescription in the tree replacement notice to which the appeal relates, or\n(b) vary any of its requirements,\nif they are satisfied that the correction or variation will not cause injustice to the appellant or the planning authority.\n(2) Where the Welsh Ministers determine an appeal—\n(a) if they allow the appeal, they may quash the tree replacement notice;\n(b) they must give any directions necessary to give effect to their determination.\n(3) Chapter 2 of Part 14 makes provision about the procedure for the consideration of appeals against tree replacement notices (including provision for them to be determined by inspectors).",
