  "text": "(1) Following the publication of the National Development Framework for Wales or a revised Framework, a plan-making authority must consider whether to carry out a review of its plan.\n(2) Following the adoption or approval of a strategic development plan or revised strategic development plan for all or part of its area, a planning authority must consider whether to carry out a review of its local development plan.",
