  "text": "(1) In this Part “blighted land” means land in Wales falling within a paragraph of Part 1 of Schedule 19.\n(2) In this Part “blight notice” means a notice under section 324, 346 or 348 requiring the appropriate authority to purchase an interest in the whole or part of a hereditament or agricultural unit consisting of or including blighted land.\n(3) In this Part “qualifying interest” means—\n(a) an interest in a hereditament or part of a hereditament that meets the first or second condition, or\n(b) an interest in an agricultural unit or part of an agricultural unit that is the interest of an owner-occupier of the unit.\n(4) The first condition is that the interest is the interest of a resident owner-occupier of the hereditament.\n(5) The second condition is that—\n(a) the interest is the interest of an owner-occupier of the hereditament, and\n(b) the annual value of the hereditament does not exceed an amount specified in regulations.\n(6) Parts 2 to 4 of Schedule 19 make provision about the meaning of—\n(a) “owner-occupier”, “resident owner-occupier” and “annual value”,\n(b) “the appropriate authority”, and\n(c) “the appropriate enactment”.",
