  "heading": "Determination of compensation claims by Upper Tribunal",
  "text": "(1) Any dispute about compensation under a provision of this Act is to be referred to and determined by the Upper Tribunal.\n(2) Section 4 of the Land Compensation Act 1961 (c. 33) (costs) applies to the determination of a question referred under this section as it applies to the determination of a question referred under section 1 of that Act, but as if references to the acquiring authority were references to the person from whom compensation is claimed.",
