  "heading": "Regulations about exercise of functions relating to plans",
  "text": "(1) Regulations may make provision in connection with the exercise by any person of functions under Chapters 2 to 4.\n(2) The regulations may, in particular, make provision about—\n(a) notification and publicity;\n(b) consultation with and participation by the public;\n(c) making and considering representations about anything to be included in a plan;\n(d) the form and content of plans or other documents;\n(e) making plans or other documents available for public inspection;\n(f) how notices, directions or other documents are to be given;\n(g) how documents are to be published;\n(h) when anything must be done;\n(i) monitoring the exercise of functions by corporate joint committees and planning authorities.",
