# The Plant Breeders' Rights (Potatoes) (Variation) Scheme 1992, Section 2: Variation of the principal Scheme


In paragraph 4 of the Plant Breeders' Rights (Potatoes) Scheme 1965 for the words “25 years” there shall be substituted the words “30 years”.
