# The Plant Health (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2002, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 11th July 2002
Coming into force 6 August 2002
The National Assembly for Wales, in relation to Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food by sections 2, 3(1) to (4) and 4(1) of the Plant Health Act 1967 as read with section 20 of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1972 and now vested in the National Assembly for Wales hereby makes the following Order:
