  "text": "Services in respect of applications for certificates\nFee\nFee (small exporter)\n(1) Services for consignments other than grain:\nInspection and, where necessary, laboratory examination\n£20.25 for each quarter hour or part thereof with a minimum fee of £40.50\n£10.13 for each quarter hour or part thereof with a minimum fee of £20.25\nLaboratory examination only\n£20.00\n£10.00\nIssue of a certificate where no inspection or laboratory examination is required\n£5.00\n£2.50\n(2) Services for consignments of grain:\nMonitoring of inspections carried out by a person authorised under article 3(3) and, where necessary, laboratory examination carried out by an authorised officer\n£45.00\n£22.50",
