# The Plant Health (Export Certification) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2021, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Plant Health (Export Certification) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2021 and comes into force on 1 April 2021.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
