# The Plant Health (Export Certification) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2024, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 21st March 2024
Coming into force 18th May 2024
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(1) and 4A of the Plant Health Act 1967 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
