The Plant Health (Export Certification) (Scotland) Order 2018^f1 is amended as follows.

In Article 4 (fees for export certification services)—

(a)

in paragraph (1) for “Subject to paragraph (4), a” substitute “A”,

(b)

omit paragraph (4),

(c)

omit paragraph (5).

(3)

In Article 4A (fees in connection with delegation of inspection functions) omit paragraph (2).
