# The Plant Health (Export Certification) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2025, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 4th September 2025
Coming into force 13th November 2025
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(1) and 4A of the Plant Health Act 1967 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
