Laid before the Scottish Parliament 1st June 2004
Coming into force 22nd June 2004
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(1), (2) and (4) and 4A of the Plant Health Act 1967 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
