  "heading": "Amendment of the Plant Health (Great Britain) Order 1987",
  "text": "The Plant Health (Great Britain) Order 1987 shall be amended as follows—\n(1) in Part IA of Schedule 1 Item 13 (Phthorimaea operculella(Zeller)) shall be omitted;\n(2) In Part IIA of Schedule 1 after Item 10 there shall be inserted the following Item—\n“\n11 Phthorimaea operculella (Zeller) — Potato Tuber Moth\nTubers of Potato (Solanum tuberosumL.)\n”;\n(3) in Part IIC of Schedule 1 after Item 15 there shall be inserted the following Item—\n“\n16 Colletotrichum acutatum Simmonds — Strawberry Black Spot\nPlants of Strawberry (Fragaria L.) other than fruit and seeds\n”;\n(4) in Part IIC of Schedule 3 in column 3 of Item 27—\n(a) in paragraph (1) after sub-paragraph (i) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—\n“(iA) Strawberry Black Spot (Colletotrichum acutatumSimmonds);”;\n(b) in paragraph (5) the following words shall be omitted—\n9 “it shall be free from Strawberry Black Spot (Colletotrichum acutatum Simmonds) and”.",
