  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Plant Health (Great Britain) Order 1993 so as to implement Commission Directive 97/14/EC (OJ No. L 87, 2.4.97, p. 17.) amending Annex III to Council Directive 77/93/EEC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.\nThe Order, which comes into force on 1st May 1997, adds Algeria to the list of third countries from which potatoes other than seed potatoes may be imported.",
