# The Plant Protection Products (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Plant Protection Products (Fees) Regulations 1995


Regulation 2 of the Plant Protection Products (Fees) Regulations 1995 shall be amended by substituting for the definition of “principal Regulations” the following definition–
““principal Regulations” means the Plant Protection Products Regulations 1995 as amended by–
(a) the Plant Protection Products (Amendment) Regulations 1996;
(b) the Plant Protection Products (Amendment) Regulations 1997;
(c) the Plant Protection Products (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1997;
(d) the Plant Protection Products (Amendment) Regulations 1998;”.
