# The Plant Protection Products (Basic Conditions) Regulations 1997, Regulation 1: Title, extent and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Protection Products (Basic Conditions) Regulations 1997, shall apply in Great Britain and shall come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
