  "text": "(1) An advertisement of a prescribed plant protection product shall relate only to such conditions as are permitted by the approval given in relation to that plant protection product.\n(2) No advertisement of a prescribed plant protection product shall contain any claim for safety in relation to that plant protection product which is not permitted by the approval given in relation to that plant protection product to be on the label for the product.\n(3) In this paragraph “approval” means any approval given under the Plant Protection Products Regulations.",
