# Plant Varieties Act 1983 (repealed 8.5.1998), Paragraph 3

In subsections (1) and (2) of section 13 of the 1964 Act (false representations as to rights and false information) the words (“or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or to both” shall cease to have effect.
