# Plant Varieties Act 1997, Section 42: The Tribunal.


(1) There shall continue to be a tribunal known as the Plant Varieties and Seeds Tribunal (“the Tribunal”).
(2) Schedule 3 to this Act (which makes provision about the Tribunal) shall have effect.
