Regulation 2 Amendments to the Plant Varieties Act 1997

The Plant Varieties Act 1997^f1 is amended as follows.

In section 9(10)(b) (farm saved seed)^f2—

(a)

for “variety”, in the first place it occurs, substitute “varieties”;

(b)

for “that variety” substitute “those varieties”.
