# The Poisons (Amendment) Rules 1985, Paragraph 1


For Rule 4 there shall be substituted the following Rule:—
“Dispensation with section 3(1)(c) of the Act
4 The provisions of section 3(1)(c) of the Act shall not apply to the sale of any non-medicinal poison.”
