  "text": "In Rule 18—\n(a) paragraph (1) shall be omitted;\n(b) paragraph (2) shall be re-numbered paragraph (1); and\n(c) for paragraph (3) there shall be substituted the following paragraph:—\n“(2) This Rule shall not apply to the sale or supply of compressed hydrogen cyanide to be exported to purchasers outside the United Kingdom.”.",
