  "text": "These Rules amend the Poisons Rules 1982 by adding to Schedule 1 (poisons to which special restrictions apply) the substance magnesium phosphide, which is added to the Poison List by the Poisons List Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/9), and by including, in the special exemptions contained in Schedule 4, ready for use liquid preparations containing not more than one per cent. of dichlorvos.",
