  "text": "The Poisons List shall be amended and varied so as to consist of the following substances only, that is to say:—\n(a) as to Part I of the List (substances which, where they are non-medicinal poisons, and subject to the provisions of the Poisons Act 1972, are not to be sold except by a person lawfully conducting a retail pharmacy business), of the substances specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Order; and\n(b) as to Part II of the List (substances which, where they are non-medicinal poisons, and subject to the provisions of the Poisons Act 1972, are not to be sold except by a person lawfully conducting a retail pharmacy business or by a person whose name is entered in a local authority's list), of the substances specified in Part II of that Schedule.",
