  "text": "Police, England And Wales\nMade 12th July 2022\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1(2)\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 31A(1) of the Police Act 1996 and section 58(1) of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011, makes the following Regulations.\nThe Secretary of State has consulted the Electoral Commission in accordance with section 7(2)(hc) of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000.\nIn accordance with section 31A(2) of the Police Act 1996 and section 154(2) of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
