  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nRegulation 2 of these Regulations amends the name of the police area that extends to the counties of Hampshire and Isle of Wight and the non-metropolitan districts of Portsmouth and Southampton from “Hampshire” to “Hampshire and Isle of Wight” in Schedule 1 to the Police Act 1996 (c. 16). Regulation 3 makes consequential amendments to the Police and Crime Commissioner Elections Order 2012 (S.I. 2012/1917).\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.",
