  "text": "(1) The Police Act 1996 (Equipment) Regulations 2011 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 2 (requirements as to design and performance of equipment), for “regulation 3” substitute “regulations 3 and 4.”\n(3) After regulation 3 (transitional provision) insert—\n“Expiry of relevant national framework arrangement\n4. Regulation 2 shall not apply where the relevant national framework arrangement has expired or has otherwise terminated.”",
