# Police Act 1996, Paragraph 25

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 1(2) of the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975, in the definition of “police authority”, for “the Police Act 1964” there shall be substituted “ the Police Act 1996 ”.
