  "text": "(1) Section 17 of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2) for “section 33, 34 or 35 of the Police Act 1964” there shall be substituted “ section 50, 51 or 52 of the Police Act 1996 ”.\n(3) In subsection (7) for “the Police Act 1964”, in each place where it occurs, there shall be substituted “ the Police Act 1996 ”.\n(4) In subsection (8)—\n(a) for “the Police Act 1964” there shall be substituted “ the Police Act 1996 ”, and\n(b) for “sections 33, 34 and 35” there shall be substituted “ sections 50, 51 and 52 ”.",
