# Police Act 1996, Paragraph 46


In Schedule 1 to that Act, in Part I, after paragraph 36 there shall be inserted—
“
Police
36A. An appeals tribunal constituted in accordance with Schedule 6 to the Police Act 1996 (c.00).
”
