  "text": "(1) A collaboration agreement may provide for payments between parties to the agreement.\n(2) Provision under subsection (1) may in the case of policing bodies or chief officers of police who are parties to the agreement, in particular—\n(a) specify the policing bodies or chief officers of police by which and to which a payment is to be made or the manner in which those policing bodies or chief officers of police are to be determined;\n(b) specify the amount of any payment or the manner in which it is to be determined.\n(3) A policing body or chief officer of police must make any payments required by provision made under subsection (1).\n(4) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(5) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .",
