  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) Regulations 2002 by reducing the fee for an application made under section 113A of the Police Act 1997 for a criminal records certificate from £31 to £26 with effect from 1st October 2009. No fee is payable in relation to an application made by a volunteer under this section.",
