  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the prescribed fees in the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/233).\nRegulation 2 amends the fee for criminal conviction certificates (also known as basic certificates), criminal record certificates (also known as standard certificates), enhanced criminal record certificates and requesting up-date information under section 116A of the Police Act 1997 (c. 50).\nThe amended fees apply to applications for basic certificates, standard certificates, enhanced criminal record certificates and the up-date service in England and Wales.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private or voluntary sector or community bodies is foreseen.",
