  "text": "Police\nMade 17th October 2012\nComing into force in accordance with Article 1(2) to (3)(b)\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 17th day of October 2012\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 168 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005, section 66(4) of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 and section 118 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to make the following Order:",
