# Police Act 1997, Paragraph 106: Terrorism


An offence under any of the following provisions of the Terrorism Act 2000—
(a) section 13 (uniform);
(b) section 36 (police powers);
(c) section 51 (offences);
(d) section 116 (powers to stop and search);
(e) paragraph 32 of Schedule 5 (urgent cases); and
(f) paragraph 18 of Schedule 7 (offences).
