  "text": "An offence under any of the following provisions of the Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act 1937—\n(a) section 15 (causing or allowing persons under 16 to be used for begging);\n(b) section 22 (exposing children under seven to risk of burning);\n(c) section 31(1) (penalties and legal proceedings in respect of general provisions as to employment);\n(d) section 33 (prohibition of persons under sixteen taking part in performances endangering life or limb); and\n(e) section 34 (restrictions on training for performances of a dangerous nature).",
