# Police Act 1997, Paragraph 92: Offensive weapons


An offence under any of the following provisions of the Criminal Justice Act 1988—
(a) section 141 (offensive weapons); and
(b) section 141A (sale of knives and certain articles with blade or point to persons under eighteen).
