  "text": "In section 3 of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (persons ineligible for grant under Chapter I of Part I of that Act), in subsection (2), for paragraph (g) there shall be substituted—\n“(g) a police authority established under section 3 of the Police Act 1996, the Service Authority for the National Criminal Intelligence Service or the Service Authority for the National Crime Squad;”.",
