  "text": "(1) The Secretary of State DBS may determine the form, manner and contents of an application for the purposes of any provision of this Part.\n(2) A determination may, in particular, impose requirements about the form or manner in which an electronic application is to be signed or countersigned.\n(3) In this section “application” includes a request under section 116A(1), 120AC(1) or 120AD(2).",
