# The Police (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1992, Regulation 2: Meanings assigned to certain expressions


Regulation 5(1) of the principal Regulations is amended by inserting after the definition of “public holiday”—
““the representative bodies” means the Police Federation for England and Wales and all bodies for the time being recognised by the Secretary of State for the purposes of section 47 of the Police Act 1964;”
