Regulation 4 Rate of pay

Regulation 37(2) of the principal Regulations is amended by inserting after (d) of the proviso—

“(e)

any service performed pursuant to an appointment under regulation 8A (part-time appointments) shall be multiplied by the factor which was the appropriate factor within the meaning of regulation 5(5) or (6) as it applied to him by virtue of paragraph 1 of Schedule 1A;”.
