Regulation 11 Allowance in respect of medical charges

Regulation 64 of the principal Regulations is amended—

(a)

in paragraph (1) by substituting for the words from “other” to “paragraph (2)” the words “if the charges are incurred by reason of an injury received without his default in the execution of his duty as a constable”; and

(b)

by deleting paragraph (2).
