Regulation 1
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1995.
(2)
These Regulations shall come into force on 26th August 1995 but—
(a)
regulations 5 and 8 below shall have effect from 1st July 1994;
(b)
regulation 6 below shall have effect from 1st April 1995; and
(c)
subject to paragraph (3) below, regulation 9 shall have effect from 1st September 1994.
(3)
No person shall be paid at the rate applicable to a person appointed under regulation 13A of the Police Regulations 1995f1 in respect of any period prior to his appointment under that regulation.
(4)
In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Police Regulations 1995f2.
