Regulation 3 Amendments to the Police Pensions Regulations 1987

(1)

Regulation B1(3) of the Police Pensions Regulations 1987^f1 shall be amended as follows.

For the words “regulation 13A(6) or (7)” in sub-paragraph (ba)(i) there shall be substituted “regulation 13A (5A), (5B), (6) or (7)”.
