  "text": "(1) Regulation 22 of the 2003 Regulations (duty) is amended as follows.\n(2) At the end of paragraph (1)(d) omit “and”.\n(3) After paragraph (1)(e) insert the following sub-paragraphs—\n“(f) the circumstances in which a member of a police force is to be treated as if he were a night worker for the purposes of regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the Working Time Regulations 1998; and\n(g) the periods which are to be treated as if they were additional periods of working time for the purposes of regulation 2(1) of the Working Time Regulations 1998.”",
